SweetArt Pastry Shoppe

In early 2010 The Westin Diplomat Pastry Shoppe will be launching a series of monthly classes targeting industry professionals, culinary students and anyone with a love of the Sweet Art.  The focus of each class will be to teach pastry making skills that correspond with the season or holiday in which the class falls.

• Custom birthday cakes
• Standard baking recipies
• Bread and breakfast pastries
• Plated and decorated seasonal desserts
• Gingerbread houses
• Miniature petit fours
