Transportation Options
The Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa, Hollywood, Florida, is located just off of Interstate 95, only a short drive from both the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport and the Miami International Airport. We are also conveniently located just 10 minutes south of Port Everglades, the second largest cruise ship port in the United States, and only 30 minutes north from the also popular Port of Miami.
With our sister resort, The Diplomat Golf Resort & Spa, A Luxury Collection Hotel, easily accessed by a regular shuttle from our doorstep to their property, top-of-the-line golfing and a wide range of Asian and European-inspired luxury spa treatments are just minutes away.
The resort is easily reached by flying into one of the two major international airports nearby. We are just 30 minutes by car north of Miami International (MIA) and a short 15-minute drive south from Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport (FLL).
All major domestic and international airlines serve Miami International, whereas most domestic and a few select international carriers fly into Fort Lauderdale. Car rentals with many major companies can be conveniently arranged from both airports, and taxi service is just as easily accessed.
Follow signs in either airport for ground transportation and taxi service. Fares range from $60 to $80 one way.

We offer a free shuttle every half hour to and from our sister resort, The Diplomat Golf Resort & Spa, A Luxury Collection Hotel, for easy access to the championship golf course designed by renowned golf architect Joe Lee and the decadent 30,000-square-foot spa.
