Long Term Stay

Rates will vary based on specific travel dates selected and the time of purchase. The BAR or Flexible Rate is a specific, unrestricted, non-qualified rate type that excludes discount or negotiated rates and varies depending on the time of booking. Unless otherwise stated, quoted rates are per room, per night, based on single or double occupancy, and exclude all taxes, gratuities, incidental charges, and resort fees when applicable. A cancellation notice of fourteen (14) days prior to arrival is required to avoid a penalty. Blackout dates, deposit requirements, and early departure fees may apply. Should an early departure occur, the nightly rate may be adjusted to the Best Available Rate (BAR) for the duration of the stay. This offer is not valid on existing reservations or group bookings, and may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers. A $59 nightly resort fee applies to all reservations and includes WiFi access (up to 5 devices), one (1) fitness class per day, one (1) beach lounger per registered guest, 10% discount on resort cabanas, one (1) hour of non-motorized water sports, one (1) hour bicycle rental, poolside concierge services including daily activities and yard games. Cancellations must be made at least three (3) days prior to arrival to avoid penalty.
